What are your payment options?

Bagaholics.com.au offers several payment options.

Pay securely by Mastercard or Visa where your credit card details are protected by 128 bit (bank level security) encryption.

We also accept PayPal, a safe and convenient method, offering buyer protection. Through Paypal, all major credit cards are accepted, as well as payment made direct from your cheque or savings account.

Alternatively, you can transfer your payment directly into the Bagaholics Trust Account. To arrange a transfer into our account, please contact us by email and we will forward our information to you.

How will my items be delivered?

When you purchase from Bagaholics.com.au all your items will be carefully packaged and posted by Australia Post Registered mail, a traceable method of transportation. Items will be posted within 3 days of payment being received, excluding public holidays and weekends.

A flat rate of $12 will apply to all orders within Australia. So, regardless of the quantity of bags you purchase in one order, delivered to one destination, you will never pay more than $12. For bags from one order, requiring delivery to different addresses, please contact us via email and we will quote you on the most affordable options for delivery. Smaller orders of jewellery have a flat rate postage fee of $6.

The flat rate feed applies to postage within Australia only.

For all international orders, please email us before proceeding to checkout so we can quote you on appropriate postage fees.

What is your Returns Policy?

We offer you a full refund policy. Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. Our items are presented with detailed descriptions and photographs so you can make an informed purchase. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods to discuss the matter and if necessary, organise an exchange or full refund.

Please note, unless goods are faulty, postage costs for a refund are at the customer's expense. If an exchange is required, Bagaholics will pay postage cost for the first exchange.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months form date of original purchase.

What is your Privacy Policy

Bagaholics.com.au respects the privacy of its online visitors and does recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about you. When orders are made with us, we will need to collect personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers and shipping address for yourself or the recipient of any gift you may be sending, so we can process and fulfil your order. Credit card details are protected by 128 bit (bank level security) encryption. We will supply our delivery company with your name and address in order to complete the delivery process.

Your privacy will be respected at all times and we will not disclose your details and email address to any other company or third party.
